This shot is a medium close-up from the movie 'Minority Report.' This medium close-up shows the emotion in the faces of all the police officers, this tells the audience that they are angry and eger to catch Tom Cruise (hero). From this shot you know that there are lots of police officers coming to get Tom Cruise, in the train station whop is trying to get away. Also this medium close -up shot gives us a view of their body language, through their shoulders.




This is a second camera shot from the trailer 'Minority Report' which is called the establishment shot. This shows the whole setting and a wider view, on what is going to happen next and where it is going to take place. From this the audience can see where Tom Cruise is coming from, followed by the police officers into the alleway. This camera shot almost bulids up tension, when seeing Tom Cruise running away from a bunch of police officers who's after him.




This is an example of a close-up. Tom Cruise gives a perfect example of a close-up and showing the concentration and a kind of 'You can't catch me' attitude. The angle his face is positioned tells the audience, that he's waiting for the police officers to get a little closer so he can make a run for it, or to check if he lost them when running. We can also see that his whole body is half turnt round, by looking at his shoulders.

Vibrant Fruit Bowl.

I chose vibrant colours because it's eyedrawing and it makes you feel different types of emotions. There is many reasons to why I used these colours in my picture, beacuse it represents me in a way because, I'm full of surprises which represents the different colours. I coloured the fruits an unusual colour, to give it a funky look. The picture also has a range of colours that could stand for different emotions. I did a bright green boarder to bring out the green grapes. A faded orange in the backgroung with a light pink/peach, to make the fruits in the bowl stand out. And a dark base to balance out everything. This is an edgy but vibrant picture of a fruit bowl. 

Language: We can tell this is an advertisement, by looking at the people and creatures. We can also see that there’s writing in different colours in different places and a picture of the product they are advertising. The background of the advertisement is just a plan brown which kind of draws your attention to the writing in the centre. The type of features that is used will determine what genre it is. The slogan is place under the image of the product “You’re not you when you’re hungry.” This catchy slogan will make people remember to by this product when they’re hungry. Institution: This is made by Mars incorporated which is an American global manufacturer. This is ranked as the 3rd private company in the united states. Audience: The targeted audience for this advertisement is probably 60% male and 40% female. This is because a man named Mr T is the man who comes up and says the slogan “You’re not you when you’re hungry.” The age range will probably be 10- 60 (excluding people who are allergic to nuts) because it’s affordable. The reason why it’s not suitable for people over 60 is because they might not be able to chew the nuts. Representation: The representation of this advert is partially for black male because it has a black man named ‘Mr T’ who is the person that appears the most. Although, in the recent advert it had white, male rugby players which can also apply to white males. On the other hand, they had a female to show that females can also buy this product.

Videogames and heavy metal make young people more likely to commit violent crime.


I think this statement is true in some ways because heavy metal is just all about screaming, bashing of the drums will make you angry and energetic. This will make the person who is listening do some outrageous, dangerous and violent thing, such as: pushing people, fighting and damanging property. It is a fact that people who listen to heavy metal in the morning, or whenever is capable of doing disruptive things. I've read that a man went to a school and shot loads of kids. He wasn't doing drug or drinking alcohol. In fact, he was listening to heavy metal, which made him angry. However, it is not always the music that makes people do things. It might be that they are having a bad day. On the other hand, videogames might make you commit crime aswell. For instance, GTA will most likely influence you to do the stuff you see in the game. For example, you can steel a car, rob a bank and kill prostitutes and so on. These scences are very explicit and shouldn't be played by youngers. This is why they have an age limit, which is usually for 18+. This is because 18+ is more mature and will know not to do these type of things in real life. When people are playing these games, they think it's fun so they will think it is okay to do it in reality. It's not just young people who listen to heavy metal and plays video games. It is also adults.

Hospital food has improved due to the government. The government said that all the hospitals must serve fish twice a week, less salt and better presentation. Hospitals are also being rated on their food. Alex Jackson is the person who campaigned for better hospital food.

        Alex had a brain surgery for brain cancer in 2008. Alex's mother went against our British doctors and did proton therapy which was approved in America. Sadly, Britain can't afford the technology to help children who have it.
President Noah who was accused of electric fraud and protesters want him out. 
1400 children are sexually abused. Girls in Oxford are getting abused by gang members or old Asian men.

This is my version of a HSBC advertisement. I used three different pictures that relates to that one word I  used which is 'bravery'. The word 'bravery' meant a lot of things and personally being brave can get you far in life. I used a picture of a lion roaring at a man and the man is roaring back which is a sign of bravery. The second picture is a little girl who has cancer, but is still smiling which also shows that she's brave. Lastly, the last picture is a guy rock-climbing when the sun is setting, this also shows that he's not scared when doing something dangerous which is a sign of bravery. Overall, the message I'm trying to pass on is that, you should never be scared at take risk at everything. If other people that's struggling with something and can manage to smile you can do it to. Bravery is the key to life and that's the reason why I chose the word 'bravery'.
